Weigh-In Wednesday


Weigh-In Wednesday always brings anxiety AND excitement.  This week was no different.  I didn't lose a thing.... but I didn't gain either.  So, I will consider that a win.

Since Sunday, I got in 2 good workouts.  I really wish I could/would push myself as hard at home as I did when I went to FireFitt.  FireFitt closed and I can't rationalize paying for a gym when I have everything a girl could want in my barn.

You want to do GHD Sit-Ups?  We have an 'app' for that....


Wallballs?

My goal next week is 2 pounds.  I joined a Diet Bet for the month of October.  Wish me luck!
